WHAT YOU’LL GET:
A high-level game plan that spells out the necessary steps to identify opportunities, generate ideas, develop your solution, and convert your new initiative into impact. You’ll figure out what needs to be done and what’s involved in the process.
HOW IT WORKS:
Meeting 1: We’ll meet with you and ideally 1-2 department leaders, to discuss goals and challenges, as well as customer segments, services, differentiation, channels, core capabilities, and financial trends for your organization. We’ll discuss changing customer expectations and other factors that affect growth. You’ll learn how a strategic innovation process could be applied to your challenge.
Meeting 2: Next, we’ll present a roadmap to identify, develop, and launch new sources of value for your key stakeholders.
